Global Ebook Awards Judges and Judging

Call for Judges
Mission. To honor each ebook entered with the best judges for each category. We take judging seriously and our judges take their responsibilities seriously.
Objectivity. We are striving to make the judging as objective as possible.
We appoint judges who are experts in their category; judges who love the genre. Ebooks are being evaluated both subjectively by experts and objectively with a scoring sheet we provide. The score sheet makes judging easier and, when combined with the subjective evaluation, makes their choices fairer.
Quantity. We are appointing as many judges as possible for each category.
Evaluations are fairer when judging is balanced by the work of more than a couple of judges. Many other award programs employ very few judges.

Quality. Judges who care about an ebook’s category.
We have judges who will read the ebooks. Most judges for other award programs are swayed mostly by the presentation: covers, layout, and design. They only glance at the text. If we select judges who love their category, they will be fascinated and eager to read the texts.
Additionally, we try to benefit from a variety of backgrounds. Each category should have at least one category blogger, category publisher, category reader, category industry person, and so on. Note the emphasis on the word “category.” We want people with a background in that category of ebook.
Many other book award programs employ judges who like books but only a few are experts in the additional categories they judge.
To be Nominated for the awards, an ebook must
–Be currently available from a website. Supply the link. We do not nominate ebooks for sale “tomorrow” or on a future date.
–Have cover art
–Have back-cover sales copy or a description.
–One or more formats (ePub, PDF, Kindle, etc.) are sent to Becky@globalebookawards.com Or be available with a Coupon Code from Smashwords.com, retrievable by our judges.

Already replied, but am repeating. Also have provided a number of categories, in case you are lacking in an area – my reading and reviews are quite eclectic.I did mystery last year.

Did mystery last year, but have provided a list of categories – my reading and reviews are widely varied – in case you need to cover a specific genre.
As a much-published author, co-writer, and/or ghost writer of some 30 books; I’m thrilled to work with the finest in judges and look forward to receiving my first book to judge. Dan judged my award-winning marketing book years ago on Amazon and it’s remained a constant seller ever since.
Well if you need a judge for tech or marketing ebooks that would suit me fine senor..
