The purpose of the sheets is not to override your subjective evaluation but to help you arrive at objective scores as well. Feel free to use the sheets in any way you wish and provide your comments.

The latest version of Adobe Reader is required to save a completed version of these forms. Get Adobe Reader XI (11.0.02) now.

Instructions: Please note, some browsers and email programs treat fallible PDF files differently. To ensure we receive your input, please first download and save the PDF file to your local computer. Once you have completed and saved the score sheet, go to your email program and send the updated file as an attachment to Becky@ParaPublishing.com.
