- You can manage free coupons to share them with book reviewers (or judges).
- Smashwords formats your ebook free in most all formats for book reviewers (or judges).
Smashwords Coupon Code Manager
This page allows you to assign coupon codes to books that you can then share with reviewers. Reviewers enter the code prior to completing their checkout to receive a 100% discount. Click on Generate Coupon and copy the code.
You can limit the use of the coupon code by setting an expiration date or changing it at any time.

The Global Ebook Awards uses Smashwords to supply ebook review copies to the judges. Judges can easily retrieve the ebook formats of their choice.
Remember, not all judges or book reviewers use a Kindle or an iPad or maybe they use a PC with reader software.

Other pages of the Awards website talk about a “Smashwords access code”, instead of always saying “Coupon Code.” Also, this instruction doesn’t mention that coupons are created on the Smashwords Dashboard, and I’m assuming the Awards require a coupon for a 100% discount.
